Since founding 20/20 Real Estate Brokers in 2002, Teo has focused his creativity and passion on revitalizing in-town Atlanta neighborhoods through new construction and the rehabilitation of historic single-family homes. His commitment to preservation has enhanced the value, beauty, and character of many Atlanta communities. With deep knowledge of in-town markets, Teo is known for recognizing property potential and anticipating neighborhood trends.

In addition to resale homes, Teo has developed a portfolio of single-family rental properties, offering professionals high-end living near Downtown, Midtown, and Atlanta’s most sought-after neighborhoods—amenities rarely found in in-town rentals.

Earlier in his career, he held finance and management roles with Baltimore-based companies.
